Glorious Mysteries: the victory of Christ over death and the glory of Mary
Here you will find available in your language and in 43 others the complete text of the Glorious Mysteries of the Holy Rosary with explanation of the mystery, Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be. The texts of the Glorious Mysteries are indispensable for the recitation of the Holy Rosary and for daily Catholic prayer. The same texts have been set to music and sung by Matthaeus Ruber and will be published and added to this page by 2026, allowing you to sing them and relive them through images.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen
Hail Mary, full of Grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen. (Recite 10 times.)

Rosary – Text of the Litany of Loreto.
Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope. To you do we cry, poor banished children of Eve, to you do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, most gracious advocate, your eyes of mercy toward us. And after this exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of your womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.
Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and you, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls. + Amen.
(Recite 3 times.)
