Two little girls, both sisters, were devoutly reciting the rosary at the door of their house when a beautiful lady appeared to them. She went to the younger girl, who was six or seven years old, took her by the hand, and led her away. The older sister, astonished, searched for her and, not finding her, returned home in tears, saying that her sister had been taken away. The father and mother searched in vain for three days. On the third day, they found her at the door with a joyful face. They asked where she had come from, and she replied that the lady to whom she had recited the rosary had taken her to a beautiful place, given her delicious food, and placed the beautiful girl whom she had kissed so often in her arms. The father and mother, recently converted to the faith, called a Jesuit priest who had instructed them in the faith and devotion of the Rosary. They told him what had happened. We learned the story from him. This happened in Paraguay. Imitate, my little children, these girls, and recite your Rosary daily as she did, and you will deserve to go to paradise and see Jesus and Mary, if not in this life, at least after death, forever. Amen. Let the learned and the ignorant, the just and the sinners, the great and the small, praise and greet Jesus and Mary day and night with the Holy Rosary.
